Why we exist

Evidence, rights and the ability to act often sit in different places.
A programme may have stalled, an established product may no longer fit current use, or a supply gap may be visible only in one market. Each can justify a closer look, but no signal is enough on its own.
We bring evidence, rights and practical requirements together to decide whether a medicine has a credible path forward.
That route may improve an established medicine or advance a new therapeutic option. In both cases, need, evidence, quality and sustainable supply must align.
Some opportunities should not progress. A clear decision to stop is part of keeping attention on medicines with a stronger case.
