Email links and the opportunity form open a prepared message in your own email application. The form does not upload its contents to this website, and nothing is sent until you choose to send the email.
Information handled through this website
The information involved depends on how you use the website:
- Email enquiries. If you send an email, Tribal receives the address you send it from and the information you include in the message. This may include your name, organisation, professional role, telephone number and enquiry details.
- Opportunity introductions. If you use the partnering form and send the resulting email, Tribal receives the non-confidential information you enter and any later correspondence.
- Technical requests. Website hosting may process technical log information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser information, requested page and time of access.
- External fonts. The website requests font files from Google-hosted services. That request sends technical connection information to Google.
Do not send confidential information, patient-identifying information, medical records, adverse-event details or product photographs through a general company or business-development email.
How email information is used
Information sent to Tribal by email is used to read and respond to the enquiry, carry out requested follow-up and maintain an appropriate record of the correspondence. A non-confidential opportunity introduction may also be used to assess whether a further discussion is appropriate.
Email delivery and website hosting services process information as needed to provide those services. The Google-hosted font service receives a network request when the fonts are loaded.
Cookies, analytics and browser storage
